Covid-19 Safety Advice
Covid-19 Safety Advice
(Updated October 8, 2021)
All clinical services including Physiotherapy, Acuneedling, and Kinesiology are available.
For both individual and group sessions, both staff and clients still need to wear masks, check in using the QR code at the entrance, and use the hand sanitiser located at the entrance and therapy areas.
We will clean equipment between uses.
You still need to get tested and stay home if you have ANY symptoms (runny nose, sore throat, fevers) or if you’ve visited close contact locations.
Please also consider your personal risk level and other reasons that you may decide to get tested before visiting us at LUNA (e.g. if your spouse or other close contacts have been visiting hotspots recently).
Contact Us if you’d like to be updated about online therapeutic exercise options for LUNA clients (LUNA Online).
If you need to cancel an appointment, please aim to give us 24 hours notice. We will use sensible discretion in applying the Late Cancellation Fee.
Please read below our ongoing Conditions of Entry regarding Covid-19 Safety.
CONTACT US HERE if you have any questions or concerns.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
In light of the new COVID-19 Safety Plans, we are required to inform you again of our conditions of entry into the studio. If you have any concerns please contact us HERE.
If you feel unwell please stay home.
Anyone with COVID-19 symptoms should be tested, even if symptoms are mild.
Symptoms include fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, loss of taste, loss of smell, runny nose, diarrhoea, nausea/vomiting, muscle and joint pain and loss of appetite.
All clients and staff are required to hand sanitize or wash hands thoroughly using soap and water for 20 seconds before and after each visit.
When classes are on, clients are encouraged to bring a bath size towel and/or their own yoga mat to class, water bottle and where advised to do so, additional personal equipment such as exercise bands or balls.
All clients are to arrive within 5 minutes of starting time to avoid queues and are to leave promptly after treatments or classes.
All clients are required to sign in on arrival using the QR code displayed on the LUNA entryway in 2 locations.
You may be required to wear a face mask of your own or we are happy to supply you with one, depending on what activity or treatment you are participating in (e.g. Individual physiotherapy clients in close-quarters will need to wear a mask at this time, as will your physio).
All clients and staff are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the COVIDSafe app.
A strict 24-hour cancellation policy is enforced for all group classes and private treatments to ensure adequate class numbers. Failure to provide notice will result in 50% Cancellation Fee being charged.
If you have any questions or concerns please contact us HERE.
