Open for weekly, in-person classes from April 18, 2024. Pilates, Yoga, Strength Training and Natural Movement.

I love helping others to find JOY and GROWTH with exercise and movement in service to their unique needs. More classes coming soon, but for now you can join me for:

MUMS & BUBS - Thursdays, 10:00-11:00

A whole-body pilates and reconditioning class for women who have given birth. Special focus on rebuilding strength from the inside out including pelvic floor and core. Babies and Partners are welcome.

PILATES & STRENGTH - Thursday 11:15am & 5:30pm*

Be guided through a series of movements to mobilise and strengthen from tip to toe. Use your own bodyweight plus small equipment and weights to gain strength for daily life, general health, or performance goals. Exercises will be modified for any level of experience. Participants should be able to get on and off the floor. *530pm class starting May 2.

SINGLE, DUET OR TRIO CLASSES - By Appointment

Train with Claire in a trio, pair, or one-to-one. Suitable for those who want more individualised guidance, Clinical Pilates, or people living with specific health or mobility issues. Great for couples or friends who want to support each other with a healthy exercise habit!
